Eddy Avila's "Jinxi Boo" Oil on Canvas Painting

I have been fortunate enough to be online friends with the incredibly talented painter, Eddy Avila, for years now. He has always been so kind and gracious, and I have watched his art progress and become more exquisite with each piece he completes.

Living in Venezuela, Eddy keeps busy not only as an artist, but also as journalist/social communicator. With a strong appreciation of tattoo art, body modification, and music, his paintings reflect a bold and inspirational look at each.

Since I'm such a fan of his work, I was over the moon when he sent me photos of his latest piece - and was incredibly honored too, because it's ME. =)

It means so much to me that he put so much time and work into creating this. The detail is insane. The replication of my tattoos makes these elements almost look like a surreal photograph.
