Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at 10:01AM If you happen to be in the magazine section of your local bookstore and want to do a little reading about yours truly, keep an eye out for the new issue of Rebel Ink tattoo magazine (November, 2009) with Janine on the cover.
Rebel Ink was really awesome to work with and asked me very well thought-out questions about my ink, my family, my work, art, cupcakes, books and more. Not only that, they arranged for a photo shoot with Michelle X Star, whom I adore and has the most fun and creative ideas. She shot me in front of a purple cookie truck parked near her studio; and later in a room full of newspapers, books and a pink computer.

It was a pleasure working with Iva Kanceska, the journalist and owner of the magazine in Macedonia (Greece). They have an incredible and positive tattoo community there and I was so happy to be asked be a part of the project/site.
